that there will be a cancellation, exchange, or return. At the AZ Baby Boutique we want to exceed your expectations and work with you to ensure that you
are 100% satisfied. It is our responsibility to ensure that from the time that you place your order until you receive the merchandise that you
enjoy the best, possible shopping experience that we can provide on the Internet.
Please take the time to review our cancellation, exchange, return and gift
certificate policy, before you order, so that the AZ Baby Boutique does not inadvertently surprise or upset you with our policies. Your
business is extremely important to us. We want you to continue shopping with us and to tell your friends and
family about your shopping experience at the AZ Baby Boutique!
Overview of Our Cancellation
Policy
- If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within Four (4) hours of it being
placed. Once your order has entered our shipping process (4 hours after you submit your order) the only
modification that can be made is an address change.
- Contact us by e-mail at customerservice@azbabyboutique or call us Toll-Free at 1-888-488-9002 to cancel or change your
order.
- Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders that are shipped prior to our receiving your
cancellation notice.
- Special Orders and personalized items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Exchange
Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your AZ Baby Boutique's online purchase, we will gladly accept the exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- Any merchandise exchange that occurs more than Fourteen (14) days after delivery, will be subject to approval at our discretion.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Merchandise that was delivered to you with any tags attached to the clothing or stickers affixed to the item must be returned with all the attached tags or stickers or we will halt the exchange process until we receive the tags or stickers.
- Please send a copy of the original sales receipt with your return shipment.
- Return and Exchange items must be shipped pre-paid, preferably using the United States Postal Service's (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail service.
- Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges) and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount or item as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
NOTE:
- Merchandise that is returned after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without a sales receipt will only be given the current store price credit, minus a $10.00 re-stocking fee.
- Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calendar Holiday date (for example, Christmas merchandise can be returned for an entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).
- To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with a copy of the original receipt
- Enclose a message, which includes your order number, explaining your reason for the exchange or refund
- Write your order number on the outside of your shipping container

- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier service (such as, USPS Insured, First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail) and retain your receipt. The AZ Baby Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or you did not receive the correct item that you purchased; the AZ Baby Boutique will reimburse the return shipping charges.
Refund
Policy
Note: Our return-refund policy only applies to purchases made through www.azbabyboutique.com.
- AZ Baby Boutique has a 100% satisfaction - no hassle guarantee and we proudly stand behind our products!
- You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within Fourteen (14) days
of receiving your order.
- Items that are returned within Fourteen (14) days of the day that you received your order will be in the form of a redeemable credit on your next purchase; the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or, in the case of an exchange, by means of a store credit for the total
sales amount, excluding original shipping charges.
- AZ Baby Boutique may charge a 15% restocking fee if the return guidelines are not followed.
- The merchandise must have all the merchandise tags that came with the item; it must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's bag (if applicable), and include all original packaging material.
Note: We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of an AZ Baby Boutique error due to damages or
discrepancies. You can e-mail us at customerservice@azbabyboutique.com to obtain more
information.
- Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within
three (3) business days after delivery. You must notify us through e-mail at customerservice@azbabyboutique.com or by telephone at 1-888-488-9002..
- We will not be responsible for damages or discrepancies, nor will we issue a refund, if notified after Three (3) business days.
- If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and returned to our warehouse. We will
issue you a complete refund including the original shipping costs.
- Items that are returned more than Fourteen (14) days after delivery, that are not in original condition, or returned to us without a copy of your original
receipt will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion.
- If a package is returned to us "undelivered" for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to
you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee excluding the original shipping charges.

Returns - Important
Notes
- Returns on suits and dresses are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
- Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed.
- Please allow up to Four (4) weeks for your refund to post on your account.
Restocking Fees
- Items returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping incurred by AZ Baby Boutique due to the refusal of delivery
will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if an error is made in your order by the AZ Baby Boutique we will gladly refund your shipping costs.
How To Return an Item
- Make a copy of your Sales Receipt/Packing Slip - A copy of your sales receipt or packing slip MUST be included with your return.
Please mark the items being returned and state the reason for the return on the slip. Please tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as
possible.

- Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, tags, parts and accessories. Wrap your item

- Shipping your return - If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship
us your returned item with delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery and tracking of your product.

Gift Certificates
Terms and Conditions for AZ Baby Boutique Gift Certificates and e Gift Certificates
- NOTE: AZ Baby Boutique Gift Certificates and eGift Certificates are redeemable store-wide and expire ninety (90) days from the date of purchase or issuance.
- Gift Certificates and eGift Certificates may be purchased at www.azbabyboutique.com or via telephone from the AZ Baby Boutique at 1-888-488-9002.
- Upon request, gift certificates (eGift Certificates) ordered over the telephone can be sent to you, by E-mail, immediately after confirmation of payment.
- Purchases of gift certificates and eGift Certificates are not eligible for any AZ Baby Boutique employee refund.
- Coupons or Promotional Offers may not be used to purchase gift certificates or eGift Certificates.
- No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift certificates and eGift Certificates however applicable taxes are charged when gift certificates are redeemed.
- Gift certificates and eGift Certificates can be redeemed only for future purchases of merchandise at www.azbabyboutique.com.
- Upon redeeming your gift certificate or eGift Certificates, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift certificate or eGift Certificate, you will need to pay the balance. (When redeeming online or by
telephone, this balance must be paid by credit card.).
- Gift certificates and eGift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash (except as noted below or where required by law) and are not refundable if lost or stolen.
- When redeemed at www.azbabyboutique.com, gift certificates and eGift Certificates containing an unused balance of $4.99 or less will be cashed out.
- When redeeming gift certificates or eGift Certificates, any unused balance (over $5.00) will be available for future purchases of merchandise or services within the ninety (90) days expiration timeframe from the date of purchase or issuance.
- Gift certificates ordered through www.azbabyboutique.com will be sent by first class mail at no charge. Gift certificates usually arrive within 1 to 4
business days; eGift Certificates arrive within 1 day. Gift boxing is not available for gift certificates. They are mailed in their own attractive gift envelopes.
- Gift certificates and eGift Certificates are issued by AZ Baby Boutique Customer Service
(E-mail: customerservice@azbabyboutique.com).
- Gift certificates and eGift Certificates may not be resold. Gift certificates and eGift Certificates purchased through any unauthorized resellers are not guaranteed by AZ Baby Boutique.
- Use of AZ Baby Boutique Gift Certificates and / or eGift Certificates constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Items that are not returnable
- Hair accessories, including hats, caps, bows, or headbands—unless they are in the unopened packaging.
- Blankets and baby-handled merchandise—unless they are in the unopened packaging.
- Underwear—unless they are in the unopened packaging.
- Custom made or special orders.
- Clearance Items.
- Halloween costumes.
- Christmas, Easter, and Halloween gifts.
