Due to the small weight of our preemie and newborn clothing and accessories, and in order to hold shipping costs to a minimum, we ship purchased goods that weigh under Thirteen (13) ounces via United States Postal Service – First-Class Mail® and First-Class Mail® International Package service unless you specify differently.

If the weight of your purchased goods exceeds Thirteen (13) ounces then we will ship your item(s) by United States Postal Service Priority Mail packaging at the prevailing priority mail postal rates from the Price List of Notice 123, Effective January 2, 2011:
- Flat Rate Envelopes (12-1/2" x9-1/2") = $4.95
- Large Flat Rate Envelope = $4.95
- Padded Flat Rate Envelope 1 = $4.95
- Small Flat Rate Box = $5.20
- Medium Flat Rate Boxes = $10.95

How do I order if I have an APO or FPO address?
- Our regular shopping cart will accept APO or FPO addresses.
- Please allow from 7 to 30 days for delivery.

Can I order online if I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam?
- YES! If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories, you may order online. However, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit cards for Domestic, U.S., Territories, and Canada. We accept wire transfers only for international orders (including Mexico).
Backorder and Custom Order Information:
- This section includes any temporarily out-of-stock orders, custom orders, special orders, holiday orders, or large orders
- Any item that is out of stock (demand for popular items) will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival at our fulfillment center. (All backorders have top priority.)
- You will be promptly notified and updated whenever the status of your backorder or custom order changes. At all times, you will be given an estimated time and date of shipment.
- Custom orders are available for the Newborn to 4 year old on any hand-knit sweater or crocheted dress in our collection.For custom orders (specific color(s), size, style) please contact us at customerservice@azbabyboutique.com .
- Delivery time for custom orders is approximately 6 to 8 weeks
